Introduction to Fostering Training (IFT)
Prospective carersA foundation programme for prospective foster carers. Covers the fostering framework, child development, trauma-informed care, safeguarding, and your rights and responsibilities as a carer.

Allegations Awareness Workshop
EssentialA focused half-day workshop helping foster carers understand the allegations process, their rights during investigation, and how to protect themselves and their family from the outset of a placement.

- Know your rights and entitlements during an investigation
- Implement practical safeguarding measures from day one
- Access the right support if an allegation is made
Skills to Foster
LAs & IFAsFAACTS Ltd can deliver the Skills to Foster training programme on behalf of Local Authorities and Independent Fostering Agencies. A nationally recognised pre-approval programme that equips prospective foster carers with the knowledge, values, and skills they need before they are approved.

Training and Development Workforce Standards (TSD)
LAs & IFAsFAACTS Ltd can deliver Training and Development Workforce Standards on behalf of Local Authorities and Independent Fostering Agencies. This programme supports organisations in meeting their workforce development obligations and raising the standard of care for children in foster placements.

Understanding and Responding to Sexual Abuse
